Shipping & Delivery policy

At The GameDay Dog, we want to get your pack’s gear as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping practices:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and we’ll always select the best carrier to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thegamedaydog.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

 

LEGAL NOTICES

Transfer of Risk & Title

All items purchased from The GameDay Dog are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

The GameDay Dog is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay in shipment shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

Compliance with Laws

All shipments are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.
