Returns & Exchange policy

At The GameDay Dog, we stand behind the products we sell and want both you and your pack to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
• Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges (Returns for a New Size or Style)

• Our “exchange” process is actually a return and repurchase. This allows you to get the correct item faster and ensures accurate tracking for both you and our warehouse
  • • First Exchange (Return for a New Size/Style)
      We will cover the return shipping cost for your first exchange when you are sending the item back to get a different size or style.
    • Ordering the New Item
      You will place a new order for the item you want. Standard shipping rates apply to the new order.
    • Additional Exchanges
      For any additional exchanges, you may return the item at your expense and place a new order at any time
    • Example
      You pay shipping on your original order.
      If you exchange it once, The GameDay Dog pays the return shipping back to us. You then place a new order for the replacement item and pay standard shipping on that new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance, final-sale, or promotional giveaway items.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or chewing (see our Warranty Policy for coverage of defects).

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
  • It’s your first exchange, or
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• For defective products, please reach out to support@thegamedaydog.com with photos so we can make it right under our Warranty Policy.

Legal Terms

• The GameDay Dog reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
• This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly through thegamedaydog.com and is not transferable to third-party resellers, distributors, or marketplaces.
• We may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any return, refund, or exchange is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
• This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
