Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Transit times vary between 3-5 business days, depending on delivery address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We primarily ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and we’ll always select the best carrier to ensure timely delivery.

Contact us at support@thegamedaydog.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to replace it or issue a refund.

Yes! Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Absolutely! Our exchange process works the same way as a return; it’s actually a return and repurchase. This helps you get the correct item faster and keeps everything accurate in our system.

We’ll cover the return shipping cost for your first exchange on an order when you’re sending an item back for a different size or style.

You’ll place a new order for the item you want. Standard shipping rates apply to the new order.

For any exchanges after the first, you may return the item at your own expense and place a new order whenever you’re ready.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s your first exchange, or if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For best results, we recommend hand washing in cold water and hang dry.

If you prefer to machine wash, clip the buckles, place the harness in a laundry bag, and wash on a gentle cycle with low or no heat. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners. Always hang dry to help maintain the harness’s shape and durability.

Simply adjust the straps to fit snugly but comfortably around your dog’s chest. Make sure you can fit two fingers between the harness and your pup’s body for the perfect fit.

Step 1 - Flip the harness over.
Step 2 - Pull the strap out of the loop near the D-ring.
Step 3 - Flip the entire harness inside out to reveal the second design.
Step 4 - Push the loop through the D-ring.
Step 5 - Rotate the bottom strap over.
Step 6 - Thread the strap through the loop.
Step 7 - Clip the buckles back together — and you’re ready to go!
