Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

At The GameDay Dog, our priority is to serve our pack with the most comfortable and durable products on the planet, and to stand behind the products that we sell.  This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty provided at no extra charge. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to your statutory rights as a purchaser, which may vary by state. This Warranty does not affect those rights.

What Is Covered

The GameDay Dog warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of original retail purchase.

If a covered defect arises, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace it with the same or most similar item available, or
  • Provide a refund of the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear (including fraying, fading, or chewing).
  • Improper use, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Alterations, modifications, or third-party repairs.
  • Corrosion or damage from exposure to harsh elements.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Wear and Tear: Natural deterioration that occurs with regular use is not covered. Examples include: fabric pilling, color fading, scratches, minor stretching of materials, and normal degradation of buckles or fasteners over time.

Proof of Purchase & Process

To start a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. A dated proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or gift record).
  2. A description and photos of the issue.
  3. Your contact information.

Claims must be submitted to support@thegamedaydog.com. Products may need to be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping costs for warranty returns will be covered by The GameDay Dog.

Limitations

  • This Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from The GameDay Dog or authorized retailers in the United States.
  • The GameDay Dog’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE FULL AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OFFERED BY THE GAMEDAY DOG. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLY
