Supply Chain Transparency

The GameDay Dog is committed to responsible sourcing and ethical manufacturing. While we are not legally required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we voluntarily align with its intent to help eliminate human trafficking and slavery from global supply chains.

Supplier Standards

Our Supplier Code of Conduct prohibits the use of forced labor, child labor, slavery, or human trafficking in any part of our supply chain.

Verification

We review and evaluate our suppliers’ compliance with social and labor standards through direct communication and documented agreements.

Auditing

We reserve the right to audit suppliers directly or through third parties to ensure compliance with our standards.

Certification

Suppliers must confirm that materials and manufacturing processes comply with the labor laws of the countries in which they operate.

Accountability

If a supplier fails to meet our standards, we may require corrective action, remediation, or terminate the business relationship.

Training

We educate our internal team and suppliers on responsible sourcing practices, with an emphasis on preventing forced labor and human trafficking.

This disclosure reflects our commitment to building a brand rooted in integrity, fairness, and respect for the people who make our products.
