What Information Do We Collect?

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your internet use. Data from Google Signals is collected only if you have agreed to personal advertisement in your Google Account. You can manage or delete this data in your Google Account.

Do Not Track

Currently the Service is not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent from your browser.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the information we collect about you to provide you with products and services, to improve your experience, and to enforce our rights.

We use the Personal Information we collect about and from you:

Other B4 businesses (our “Affiliates”) jointly use the Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where this is acceptable under applicable law.

  • Shopify

Our ecommerce Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit through our store is processed by Shopify to provide, secure, and improve the Services. For certain enhanced features that combine data across merchants or with Shopify services, Shopify may act as an independent controller and will be responsible for responding to your requests about that processing.   • Third Party Service Providers

We use third parties to help us provide the Services to you. Third parties we use for payment processing, email, marketing, customer service and other services will access your Personal Information to help us provide these services to you. We will provide your Personal Information to these third-party service providers when the information is necessary for them to perform their duties. For example we will share bank details and credit card information with payment providers that process payments (where applicable).

  • Business Transfers

You may choose to link your GameDay Dog account with your accounts with third-party services, such as Facebook. If you do this, The GameDay Dog has access to information that you have agreed to make available with the third party, such as profile information and account preferences. You can control the information received by The GameDay Dog via the privacy settings in the third party account.

Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.

Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the United States (per COPPA) or under 16 where applicable in the EEA/UK. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

Transfers of Personal Information From Outside the United States

The GameDay Dog is a global company with headquarters in the United States. Your Personal Information will be transferred to our United States headquarters. We take measures to protect privacy when data is transferred.

The GameDay Dog has its headquarters in the United States of America. Information we collect from you will be processed in the United States.

Storage of Your Personal Information

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with or are otherwise an active customer of The GameDay Dog. Once you delete your account or no longer use our products and Services, we will only keep your information as needed to fulfil our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or take other actions permitted by law.

We will generally store information associated with your account until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services, until you ask us to delete it, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first; but there are some exceptions to this general rule. Security and Payment Information

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. Most information you provide is processed and stored securely by Shopify or other service providers we use for payments, hosting, and fulfillment. We do not maintain our own ecommerce database.

All payment card information is processed by Shopify Payments or another PCI-DSS compliant provider. Shopify complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements, which are designed to ensure secure handling of credit card data. All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

We also use TLS encryption in transit and encryption-at-rest where provided by our hosting and payments providers, along with role-based access and least-privilege practices. Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send credit card numbers or other sensitive personal information via unsecure channels such as email.

US State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain US states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia) may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to:
